1 Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and CashMyApp ("we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the CashMyApp website, points system, and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not register for or use the Service.

2 Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• Be legally permitted to participate in reward, sweepstakes, or incentive programs under the laws of your country, state, or province.
• Create only one account per person. Operating multiple accounts is a violation of these Terms (see Fraud & account termination).
• Provide accurate, current information when registering and when completing offers.

We may, at our discretion, restrict the Service in certain countries or regions where reward programs of this kind are not permitted.

3 Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

You must verify your email address before you can log in. We may suspend unverified accounts that remain inactive for an extended period.

4 Points & rewards

CashMyApp awards "points" for completing tasks, spinning the daily wheel, and referring other users. Please understand the following about points:

• Points have no cash value until successfully redeemed through an approved withdrawal method, and are not a currency, security, or financial instrument.
• Points are non-transferable between accounts, except through our official referral program.
• We reserve the right to adjust, correct, or revoke points credited in error, due to fraud, or due to a reversed offer-network conversion.
• The daily spin wheel awards one free spin per 24-hour period per account. Reward amounts and odds are set at our discretion and may change at any time.
• We may change the points value of any task, the available withdrawal methods, or the conversion rate between points and cash at any time, with reasonable notice for material changes.

5 Tasks & offers

Tasks listed on CashMyApp — including lead-generation forms, app installs, sweepstakes entries, surveys, games, and videos — are provided by independent third-party advertisers and offer networks. By completing a task, you may be agreeing to that third party's own terms and privacy policy, separate from ours.

• Instant tasks are credited based on your own confirmation that you completed the offer. Submitting a false confirmation is a violation of these Terms.
• Postback tasks (most app installs, lead-gen, sweepstakes, and game offers) are credited automatically once the third-party network confirms your completion to our servers. Crediting can take anywhere from a few minutes to several days depending on the network's own verification process. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party networks.
• We do not guarantee that any specific task will remain available, and tasks may be removed, paused, or have their reward changed without notice if the underlying offer is discontinued by the advertiser.
• You are solely responsible for any information you submit directly to a third-party advertiser while completing an offer.

6 Withdrawals

You may request to redeem points for a reward (such as PayPal cash, a gift card, or cryptocurrency) once you meet the minimum point threshold for your chosen method, as shown on the Withdraw page.

• Submitting a withdrawal request immediately deducts the requested points from your balance.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed before payment. We may approve, reject, or request additional verification for any withdrawal at our discretion, including to prevent fraud.
• If a withdrawal request is rejected, the redeemed points are returned to your account balance.
• You are responsible for providing accurate payout details (such as your PayPal email or wallet address). We are not responsible for rewards sent to an incorrect destination due to information you provided.
• Processing times vary by payout method and are not guaranteed.

7 Prohibited conduct

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Create or operate more than one account.
• Use bots, scripts, emulators, VPNs to mask your location where prohibited, or any other automated or deceptive means to complete tasks or spin the wheel.
• Provide false, misleading, or stolen information on any offer, lead-generation form, or sweepstakes entry.
• Attempt to manipulate, exploit, reverse-engineer, or interfere with our points system, postback verification, or referral program.
• Sell, trade, or transfer your account or points outside of our official referral program.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, state, national, or international law.

8 Fraud & account termination

We actively monitor for fraud, multi-accounting, and abuse of the points system. If we determine, in our reasonable discretion, that you have violated these Terms, we may:

1. Suspend or permanently ban your account.
2. Void or deduct points obtained through fraudulent or prohibited means.
3. Reject or reverse any pending or completed withdrawal connected to the violation.
4. Refuse service to you in the future.

We may also terminate or suspend any account at our discretion for any reason, including extended inactivity, with or without notice, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

9 Intellectual property

The CashMyApp name, logo, website design, and underlying software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our prior written consent.

10 Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, that any specific task or reward will be available at any given time, or that third-party offer networks will credit conversions accurately or within any particular timeframe.

11 Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CashMyApp and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of points, data, goodwill, or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the cash value of your unredeemed points balance at the time of the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars ($100).

12 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CashMyApp and its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of any third party's rights.

13 Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above, and for material changes, we will provide additional notice such as an email or in-app banner. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14 Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which CashMyApp is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable local consumer protection law provides otherwise.
